Aquecimento




Como o nome já diz, o aquecimento prévio da voz é a preparação da voz para o seu uso por um tempo prolongado e intenso. Podemos aquecer a voz através de sons que irão "massagear" nossas pregas vocais, que como todo músculo, precisa ser preparado e aquecido antes de ser utilizado na sua plenitude. É importante lembrar que o pré-aquecimento pode e deve ser feito não só pelos cantores, mas por todas as pessoas que trabalham falando.


EXERCÍCIO 1:

1) Inspire (armazenando o ar na região abdominal) até que a barriga esteja repleta de ar.

2) Agora solte o ar aos pouco utilizando o som: Prrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......

Observe que neste exercício a língua deve vibrar bastante!!!! Caso a sua língua não vibre e você esteja forçando para emitir este som, PARE! Pois estará fazendo da forma errada.

Mas se você conseguiu emitir o som com a vibração constante da língua, repita este exercício todos os dias pelo menos durante 10 minutos. Se for cantar em uma apresentação ou videokê ou ensaiar com sua banda por muito tempo, pré-aqueça sua voz durante 20 minutos (no mínimo) antes de começar a cantar.

Pode-se também utilizar outras consoantes que possibilitarão o mesmo efeito como, por exemplo, o som: Trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... Como se você fosse imitar o som do telefone (' TRRRRRIM!!!), mas lembrando de prolongar bastante os erres (RRRR...) até acabar o ar.

EXERCÍCIO 2:

Repita o exercício anterior com uma diferença. No final de cada som acrescentar as vogais A,E,I,O,U.

Exemplo1:

PrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrÁ!!!!

PrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrÉ!!!!

PrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrÍ!!!!

IMPORTANTE!!!

Assim como nos exemplos acima, o som que você estiver produzindo para pré-aquecer, deverá estar no mesmo volume, intensidade e tom.

***NÃO BRINQUE COM ESTE EXERCÍCIO FAZENDO SONS MUITO AGUDOS, MUITO GRAVES OU MISTURANDO OS DOIS TONS.***

Repita os exercícios SEMPRE no seu tom natural, ou seja, sem forçar a garganta.

Se não conseguiu fazer estes exercícios até acabar o ar armazenado, ou seja, você começou bem, mas no meio do exercício o som falhou, Pare! Respire fundo por 3 vezes, relaxe um pouco e só então recomece.

É muito comum, no início, não conseguirmos emitir estes sons até o final, pois trata-se de sons que nós não estamos habituados a produzir, mas com o treino diário, fica cada vez mais fácil.
